HCP HD Series - Construction Submersible Pump

This submersible pump is suitable for use in construction site where water with sand pumping is required.  The pump feature a High Chrome Alloy steel impeller.

• Pumps range from 1.1kW to 7.5kW (230 and 415Volt). The 1.1kW pumps are also available in single phase 240Volt.
• All models feature a double, back to back mechanical seal (Inner = Carbon vs. Ceramic, Outer = Silicone carbide vs. Silicone carbide) The seal is located in the oil housing and runs independently from the pumped product. It is thus not dependant on product for cooling or lubrication.
• The top discharge design forces water past the motor during operation resulting in effective cooling.
• Pumps are fitted with a motor protector “auto cut” thermal device. This protects the motor from burning due to overloading etc.
• The combination of stainless steel and cast iron makes these pumps more durable than traditional aluminum pumps.
• The Hi-Chrome alloy impeller and suction cover has excellent wear properties.

Impeller made of High Chrome Alloy (HiCr) with steel hardness of 55-60 RC. Capable to withstand high abrasive applications.
